Mindfulness in the Museum

‘Mindful in the Museum’ is designed to encourage visitors to experience our building and artworks in a new, possibly unexpected way. Mindfulness encourages noticing what’s happening in the present moment and aims to help you feel calmer. We hope these new trails and short films will provide the opportunity to learn the skill of mindfulness, which can contribute to wellbeing.

Please look out for future practitioner-led sessions too and do get in touch with us if you have any ideas on how you think we could support wellbeing.
