Come along to a special 'in-conversation' with Ivan Stax, the legendary Liverpool-born singer featured in our current Toxteth: The Harlem of Europe exhibition.
Ivan will be chatting with research associate Janaya Pickett about the local Black music scene in the 1950s and 60s, as well as Ivan's own fascinating life and career in music. Ivan will also be performing a special reading of his short story "The Day I met Paul" about a chance meeting with Paul McCartney at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts.
