VGM team receives VisitEngland ‘Excellent’ status

The Visitor Services Team in the Victoria Gallery & Museum has achieved an ‘Excellent’ status from VisitEngland, the national tourist board for England.
They were presented with the award after being assessed through telephone calls, emails and a visit to the gallery ‘mystery shopper’ style.
